We have decided to launch a 30 day fitness challenge for all pupils in Year 7. The 30 day programme involves a variety of short exercises that can be done in the home and there are two levels to choose from (beginners and intermediate). You are more than welcome to join in!
Each day involves a programme of three or four exercises to be completed, a 30 second rest break and then the exercises are to be repeated the number of times stated on the calendar.
Each child has received a copy of the programme which should be signed off every week. The programme can also be accessed on our website along with an explanation of some of the exercises if you or your child are unsure.
